About Noliser Noliser is a booking and payment system built for boat charter operators. Guests book and pay online instantly, groups can split the payment, and extras are sold at checkout. Operators manage their boats, crew and bookings from one dashboard. Operators can build and host a website for free, booking and payments included, or use the no-code booking pages on their existing website and social channels. There is no subscription: Noliser earns a service fee on each booking, which the guest can pay. The opportunity Most charter operators in Dubai and Abu Dhabi still take bookings by WhatsApp and bank transfer. Noliser is based in Dubai and is launching in the UAE first, before expanding one charter region at a time. We are looking for Referral Partners in the UAE: established professionals who already have the trust of charter operators and want to refer them to Noliser. As a partner, you become a reference for online booking in your market and a source of insight for Noliser on how charter works in your region. What you will do • Introduce Noliser to charter operators in your network and beyond. • Refer new clients to Noliser using your referral link or your partner dashboard. • Track your referred operators in your dashboard: who has joined, who is live and what you have earned. • Share feedback from operators to help Noliser adapt the product to your market and unlock more referrals. Who should apply Required: • Based in the UAE, and holding, or able to obtain before your first commission, a trade licence or freelance permit that allows you to invoice commissions. • Professional network of charter operators in the UAE. • Experience in the charter, marina, brokerage or yacht services industry. • Fluent English Preferred: • Background as a charter broker, marina or yacht-club staff member, former charter or base manager, or a service provider trusted by operators. • Arabic or Russian speaker. • Experience selling software or services to small businesses. What you will earn You earn 20% of the service fee on every booking your operators take through Noliser, for 13 months from the day each operator joins. Statements are issued monthly and paid by bank transfer. Every operator you add earns you a recurring commission on their bookings; there is no cap on how many you bring or on what you earn, and the pace is yours to set.
