You open the door. We sign the number. We raise a business's revenue on what it already owns — by putting AI to work across the whole operation and in charge of administering that work — and we sign the number. Run·Engage opens its Dubai office on 1 January 2027, and we are building our partner network in the city ahead of it. Most businesses that have tried AI put it on about 5% of their information work — a chatbot, a drafting tool — and saw a gimmick. We take it to about 80%. The AI answers every enquiry, makes every follow-up, keeps every client on their service date, hands the team its work with deadlines and escalates whatever goes quiet — across the whole operation, every time, with a precision no team holds at volume. That is roughly four times the work the operation puts out, and it shows where the owner measures: revenue from the clients, calendar and channels the business already owns, first measured within four to eight weeks, on targets we bind financially. The idea is simple. You identify businesses in your network that fit and introduce us to the owner. We take it from there, from discovery on their own records to the result, and you receive a share of the revenue from every client your introduction produces. The number is bound, so the risk sits with us, not with your introduction — and the proof arrives in weeks. Who we want to meet: • Aesthetic and cosmetic clinics — dermatology, laser, injectables, plastic surgery, hair transplant; multi-branch and influencer-owned clinics especially. We bring back every patient past her interval, every course that ended without its maintenance and every consultation that went quiet, on the practitioner's cadence. First proof in 30 to 60 days. • Car dealerships — brand distributors and their service workshops. Sales, finance, service and parts, one customer, nothing lost between them: recommended work shown with the photo and the price and approved from the customer's phone, every car back on its service date. First proof in two to six weeks, on the repair order. • Real estate brokerages — every lead held across the whole decision, with the right content at the hour they read and a cadence that rises as their date approaches, so agents take only the conversations that are ready. Impact is measured on the brokerage's own lead book. A medium-term target for us, open now where you hold strong relationships with brokerage owners. • Beauty salons and spas — the regular past her interval, the first visit never asked for a second, the empty weekday morning, all worked from the salon's own client list. First measures within six weeks; interval results on the service's own clock. We are looking for established businesses of this size: hundreds to thousands of clients on record, services that come due, and a front desk already answering on WhatsApp and Instagram. There the revenue sits in what the business already owns, which is why it can be raised in weeks. A smaller business without that client base is one we cannot help in revenue terms, and we would rather say so than sell it. Not now: restaurants, cafés, commodity e-commerce, and any business whose clients are not identifiable individuals on record. Who we're looking for: a consultant, an executive, a sales or business-development professional, an insider of the clinic, beauty or automotive trade — or simply someone well connected to owners and directors in Dubai. You don't sell, configure or run anything — we do, and we equip you: a brochure and video per segment in English and Arabic, a live demonstration, and a named person who answers “can it do X?” within the day.
