Interested candidates are encouraged to send their CV to [email protected] Job Title:- Service Delivery Equipment and Product Coordinator(SPDP (Spare Parts Data Package) Coordinator) Location:- SAU-Dhahran - SA-DHAHRAN-7133 - Unit No 9 (LOCATION-3-2088) Contract Duration: 12 Months Role Summary:- The SPDP Coordinator is responsible for the planning, preparation, coordination, review, and submission of Spare Parts Data Packages (SPDP) for Saudi Aramco projects in accordance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Procedure and related project specifications. The role involves close coordination with Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, OEMs, Suppliers, and Customers to ensure complete, accurate, and timely submission of SPDP deliverables. Essential Responsibilities:- SPDP Management & Coordination • Lead the preparation and compilation of SPDP packages for Saudi Aramco projects. • Coordinate with project teams, procurement, engineering, package managers, and suppliers to obtain required SPDP documentation. • Develop and maintain SPDP trackers to monitor status, actions, and submission schedules. • Ensure SPDP submission dates are achieved in accordance with project contract requirements and Saudi Aramco expectations. • Support project teams during customer reviews and comment resolution cycles. Technical Documentation Review • Review SPDP submissions for compliance with Saudi Aramco SAEP-31 requirements. • Verify completeness and accuracy of: • Equipment lists • OEM documentation • Bill of Materials (BOM) • Cross-sectional drawings • Nameplate information • Recommended spare parts lists • PSPL (Priced Spare Parts List) • OCM/OEM part numbers • Ensure all documentation is in English and properly indexed. Supplier & OEM Interface • Interface with OEMs and suppliers to obtain missing cataloguing information and supporting documents. • Follow up with suppliers to ensure PSPLs are completed and certified by the OEM. • Verify that spare parts information is provided by the true OEM as required by Saudi Aramco. Customer & Quality Support • Respond to customer comments and technical queries related to SPDP submissions. • Coordinate revisions and resubmissions until final approval is achieved. • Participate in customer meetings related to SPDP deliverables and cataloguing requirements. • Ensure lessons learned and best practices are captured for future projects. Compliance & Process Improvement • Maintain compliance with: • Saudi Aramco SAEP-31 • PSPL requirements • Spare Parts Cataloging and Stocking Guidelines • Project contractual obligations • Identify process improvements to optimize SPDP preparation and submission efficiency. Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):- • Years of experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Spare Parts Data Package (SPDP) preparation and coordination for Saudi Aramco projects. • Field of experience: • Experience with Baker Hughes rotating equipment projects. • Experience supporting major Saudi Aramco projects such as gas plants, compression stations, offshore facilities, refinery projects, or EPC-led projects. • Familiarity with NMR documentation requirements and supplier data deliverables. • Experience managing multiple SPDP packages simultaneously. • Technical Skills: • SPDP dossiers • PSPL documents • Spare parts cataloguing packages OEM technical documentation • Experience working with rotating equipment, compressors, turbines, pumps, instrumentation, electrical equipment, or skidded packages is preferred. • Strong understanding of OEM/vendor document management processes Soft Skills: Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel trackers, SharePoint, and document management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Tools or Software (Required / Preferred): • Microsoft Excel • Microsoft Office Suite • SharePoint • Document Management Systems • SAP (Preferred) • Oracle/Aconex (Preferred) Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline. • Industry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred): • Experience with Baker Hughes rotating equipment projects. • Experience supporting major Saudi Aramco projects such as gas plants, compression stations, offshore facilities, refinery projects, or EPC-led projects. • Familiarity with NMR documentation requirements and supplier data deliverables. • Experience managing multiple SPDP packages simultaneously.
