WE’RE HIRING ~ Business Development Manager – B2B Food Pastry Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Beverages | HoReCa | FMCG Job Type: Full-time | Field Sales Compensation: Fixed Salary + Commission We are looking for a driven, wellconnected Business Development Manager to grow the B2B business for Mochi, a beverage product, by developing strong relationships with restaurants, hotels, cafés, bakeries, and event businesses across the UAE. This is a fieldbased sales role for someone who knows how to open doors, convert prospects into customers, and build repeat business. Key Responsibilities * Develop new B2B accounts across restaurants, hotels, cafés, bakeries, and catering businesses. * Leverage existing HoReCa connections to generate sales opportunities. * Pitch, negotiate, and close deals with business owners, purchasing teams, and decision-makers. * Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat orders and consistent monthly turnover. * Explore opportunities for events, corporate functions, celebrations, and other occasions. * Manage the sales pipeline, customer follow-ups, and account development. Who We’re Looking For * Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in beverages, FMCG, or HoReCa. * Strong existing network across restaurants, cafés, hotels, bakeries, and catering companies. * A track record of acquiring multiple outlets and generating repeat business. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills. * A self-driven person who can work independently and deliver measurable sales results. * Must have a valid driving licence and own car for field visits. Important Employment Requirements * The candidate must have their own car. Fuel and vehicle expenses must be managed within the offered compensation package. * The candidate must be able to arrange their visa for the initial 2–3 months, subject to UAE immigration and employment requirements. Visa arrangements will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
