Business Development Executive — Food & Beverage (GCC · MENA · India)

360 F&B HUB takes food and beverage products from recipe to retail shelf — we develop recipes, register products (UAE and Saudi SFDA), manufacture at our own and partner facilities including a UAE free zone, and launch brands across the UAE, GCC, MENA and India. We are hiring a Business Development Executive to bring new clients to the hub: beverage and snack founders, international brands entering the region, and retailers who need private label. You will be based in the UAE and cover the GCC, MENA and India. This is a commission-driven role. The base salary is modest; your income grows with every client you bring in, and commission is uncapped. It suits someone hungry to build a sales career, not someone looking for a high fixed salary. What you will do • Find new clients across the GCC, MENA and India — calls, emails, LinkedIn, introductions • Book first meetings and discovery calls, and pass a clear brief to our product team • Work trade shows and industry events (Gulfood and others) and follow up every lead • Keep the pipeline in our CRM up to date What we look for • 1+ year in sales, business development or account management — F&B, FMCG, packaging or ingredients is a plus • Confident on the phone, in meetings and on an exhibition stand • Fluent English; Arabic, Hindi/Urdu or another regional language is a strong plus • Self-driven: you are motivated by results and commission • Ready to start immediately What we offer • Base salary + uncapped commission on every client you bring in • UAE employment visa sponsored by the company (or work on your own visa) • Training on our services and pricing, and a product that is easy to explain: one partner from recipe to shelf, with published prices Hiring process Shortlisted candidates are invited to a 30-minute video interview, then a meeting in Dubai.
