Business Development Manager — Partnerships Location: Dubai, UAE Business Bay, Court Tower Type: Full-time, onsite We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our partner network and onboard new venues to our new branded app. Your main focus will be restaurants, lounges, bars, beach clubs, hotels, and other premium venues across Dubai. Responsibilities — Identify and approach potential venue partners — Reach owners, GMs, F&B Managers, and other decision-makers — Conduct calls, meetings, and product presentations — Negotiate commercial terms and close partnerships — Support partners through the onboarding process — Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM Requirements — Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Partnerships — Strong communication and negotiation skills — Confident in cold outreach and face-to-face meetings — Fluent in English, Russian is an advantage — UAE hospitality or F&B experience is a strong advantage — Existing network of venues in Dubai is a plus What We Offer — Fixed salary + commission on sales — Performance-based earning potential — Marketing and operational support — Opportunity to grow together with a new product in the Dubai market — The goal is simple: find the right venues, build relationships, and close partnerships.
