Key Responsibilities • Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about services and activities. • Coordinate birthday party bookings and arrangements. • Assist in organizing birthday parties and special events. • Ensure guest satisfaction and handle customer concerns professionally. • Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area. • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
