We are seeking a welcoming and professional Hostess to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering an exceptional hospitality experience from the moment they arrive. Key Responsibilities • Guest Greeting & Seating: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations efficiently, and seat them in accordance with seating charts and availability. • Guest Relations: Answer inquiries, manage waitlists during peak hours, and ensure guests feel accommodated and valued throughout their visit. • Atmosphere Maintenance: Monitor the reception and entrance areas to ensure they remain clean, organized, and inviting. • Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with serving staff, management, and kitchen teams regarding guest flow, special requests, or large parties.
