Job Description We are seeking professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Food Servers (Waiters/Waitresses) to join our growing restaurant and café group in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-standard hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities * Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service. * Present menus, explain dishes, and recommend food and beverages. * Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders. * Maintain high standards of dining etiquette, grooming, and personal hygiene. * Ensure tables and service stations are clean, organized, and properly prepared. * Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally. * Coordinate effectively with kitchen, barista, and service teams. * Follow company SOPs, food safety standards, and service procedures. * Support daily restaurant operations and maintain guest satisfaction.
