What you’ll be doing: • Warmly welcome and acknowledge guests upon arrival • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently • Escort guests to their tables and provide a warm introduction to the dining experience • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of reservations, VIP guests, and special occasions • Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth table management • Respond to guest requests and enquiries with professionalism and courtesy • Handle guest feedback and concerns promptly, escalating when required • Maintain a polished and welcoming reception area at all times • Assist the restaurant team during busy periods to ensure seamless service • Build positive relationships with guests and create memorable first impressions
What we’re looking for: • Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Fluent English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage • Warm, confident, and professional personality • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Ability to remain calm and welcoming in a fast-paced environment • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences • Professional grooming and presentation
