Country HR Manager | Al Khobar, KSA | Permanent Saudi Nationality ONLY Target start date: 1 November 2026 We’re hiring a Country HR Manager for a leading automotive and mobility group with multi-site operations across Saudi Arabia, based at its HQ in Al Khobar. Must-haves • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HR leadership, HRBP, or HR management role • Experience in GCC market expansion or new country setups, preferably in KSA • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, Saudization, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and Muqeem • Advanced English and proficient Arabic • Saudi nationals only • CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent certification (preferred) About the role This is a senior leadership position overseeing HR across two KSA legal entities. You’ll be the trusted HR advisor to the Country Head and KSA leadership team, turning business priorities into workforce, talent, and organization strategies that support growth and performance. What you’ll do • Lead the KSA HR and people agenda, supporting business expansion, transformation, new entity setup, and workforce mobilization • Own HR governance, policies, controls, and service standards, ensuring full regulatory compliance • Lead workforce planning, headcount forecasting, budgeting, and organization design • Drive talent reviews, succession planning, critical-role retention, and leadership development • Direct complex employee relations matters and serve as the senior HR escalation point • Lead country implementation of compensation and benefits programs and provide workforce cost insights • Oversee HR operations and employee service delivery across both entities • Champion HR digitalization, analytics, and continuous improvement • Build and lead the local HR team, and represent KSA priorities with Group HR and Centres of Excellence Key skills Strategic HR leadership, workforce planning, HR governance, organization design, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, C&B, HRIS/HRMS, HR analytics, budgeting, stakeholder management, change management Role details • Location: Al Khobar (HQ), with regular travel within KSA and occasional travel to Bahrain Show more Show less
