Client Details • Our client is a globally recognised organisation, operating across multiple international markets, Description • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across graduate, internship, and entry-level hiring programmes. • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment plans. • Attend open day events across the UAE. • Coordinate interviews, assessment activities, offers, and onboarding processes. • Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey. • Maintain accurate recruitment records within ATS and recruitment systems. • Support reporting, compliance requirements, and recruitment performance metrics. Profile • UAE National (Family Book required). • Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken. • Minimum 2 years' experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related people-focused role. • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Willingness to travel across the UAE to support university and recruitment events. • Organised, detail-oriented, and keen to develop a career within recruitment and talent acquisition.
