This role will support our Emiratisation and Early Careers hiring agenda. This role will play a key part in attracting, recruiting, and engaging Emirati nationals, graduates, and entry‑level talent across the business. This role is a part of our 24-months Advance graduate program . Your journey from graduate to future leader will be supported through structured learning programs and one-on-one mentoring with industry experts, equipping you with the tools to make a lasting impact on our organization and the nation. As part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation and in accordance with UAE labour law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role. Key Responsibilities: Support end‑to‑end recruitment for Emirati nationals, graduates, and early‑career roles Source candidates through university partnerships, government platforms, LinkedIn, and the ATS Conduct initial phone interviews, and shortlist candidates Ensure all Emiratisation hiring aligns with government guidelines, national objectives, and internal targets Liaise and build partnerships with government entities, job boards, universities, and organisations that support Emiratisation Support relationships with universities, colleges, and training institutions Assist in organizing career fairs, campus events and employer branding initiatives Coordinate and support graduate intakes and bulk hiring campaigns Build and maintain early‑career and Emirati talent pipelines Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process Maintain accurate recruitment data and support Emiratisation reporting
UAE National with valid Family Book Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field Applicants should have completed their undergraduate degree in 2024 or later. Internship or placement experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage Strong interest in recruitment, Emiratisation, or early‑career programs Strong communication and organisational skill Proficiency in spoken and written English
