Senior Recruiter - Strategy and Transformation

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter - Strategy and Transformation. This is a high-impact recruitment role focused on identifying and hiring mid-to-senior level talent across Strategy, Management Consulting, Value Creation, Business Transformation, Business Analysis and Process Improvement. This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 Months. The ideal candidate will have strong experience hiring professionals from top-tier management consulting firms, strategy teams, corporate development, value creation and transformation functions, and will be confident engaging with senior stakeholders and passive talent in a competitive market. For our client based Dubai- which is one of the largest companies in the region. Key responsibilities: • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a dedicated Strategy & Consulting hiring stream, from role briefing and sourcing through to offer and onboarding • Partner closely with senior hiring managers, HR and business leaders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality talent • Source and headhunt mid-to-senior professionals across strategy, consulting, value creation, transformation, business analysis and process improvement • Build targeted talent pools through direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals, professional networks and research • Identify candidates with backgrounds in management consulting, corporate strategy, value creation, transformation, corporate development and related advisory environments • Manage multiple vacancies and hiring processes simultaneously, ensuring strong pipeline development and delivery against agreed timelines • Provide market intelligence and advise hiring managers on talent availability, candidate profiles, compensation expectations and sourcing strategies • Manage candidate engagement throughout the process, ensuring a professional and consistent candidate experience • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, pipeline data and regular progress reports for key stakeholders • Support offer management, negotiations and the transition of successful candidates through to onboarding. Knowledge, skills & experience: • 6–10 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience, ideally combining agency search experience with in-house, RPO or project-based recruitment • Proven experience recruiting Strategy, Management Consulting, Value Creation, Corporate Strategy or Transformation professionals • Experience hiring mid-to-senior level professionals, including Assistant Manager, Director and equivalent profiles • Strong understanding of consulting and strategy talent pools and the ability to identify transferable profiles from leading consulting firms and corporate strategy environments • Demonstrated success in head hunting and direct sourcing for difficult-to-find talent • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work directly with senior business leaders • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and pace. • Excellent communication, influencing and candidate engagement skills • Strong market-mapping and research capability, with a proactive and data-driven approach to sourcing • UAE / GCC recruitment experience is advantageous, but not essential for candidates with strong relevant consulting and strategy recruitment experience.
