Project Manager

Job Title Project Manager, DBOOM / DBO / EPC Projects (ADNOC Experience Required) About the Role We are hiring a Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle delivery of large-scale DBOOM, DBO and EPC projects in oil and gas. You will be responsible for safe, on-time and on-budget execution in line with ADNOC standards, VAP/GVAP requirements, HSE policies and contractual obligations. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery from concept and FEED through detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover • Develop project execution strategies and governance frameworks aligned with ADNOC VAP/GVAP • Review and approve engineering deliverables and ensure compliance with ADNOC codes and standards • Manage tendering, bid evaluation, contract negotiation and award, including variations, claims and change orders • Direct construction, fabrication, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up, and lead PMT/IPMT and site supervision teams • Oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management and EAC reviews, and report progress to senior management • Engage with ADNOC, JV partners, consultants, authorities and contractors, and ensure regulatory approvals are in place • Enforce ADNOC HSE and QA/QC requirements and lead incident investigations and audits • Lead multi-discipline teams and mentor UAE Nationals in support of ADNOC’s Emiratization objectives Requirements • 20 to 25 years of project management experience in DBOOM, DBO or EPC within oil and gas • Proven delivery of large-scale onshore/offshore projects for ADNOC or other major operators • ADNOC approval or prior ADNOC project execution experience (VAP/GVAP, ADNOC standards) • Strong knowledge of FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and O&M integration • Expertise in project controls, cost management, scheduling, risk management and contract administration • Experience managing multinational contractors and PMCs • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Show more Show less
