Penspen www.penspen.com are looking for a dynamic Project Manager with 7+ years ADNOC Experience. Main Purpose of Role: The role is accountable for the project delivery, Project Performance and commercial success by managing all project activities and resources while ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications: ▪ Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent. ▪ Project Management Professional certification ▪ Mechanical/Piping/Electrical & Instrumentation/Process engineering background preferable Knowledge / Experience (Skills): ▪ Minimum 15 years of experience in Project Management roles (Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, Project Manager, Project Engineering Manager) ▪ 7 Years working experience with ADNOC group (Preferably ADNOC Onshore, ADNOC Gas and ADNOC Offshore) ▪ Must have experience in managing large Detailed Design scopes and successful project execution as an Engineering manager for ADNOC (CONCEPT, FEED ) / EPC Projects ▪ PM is accountable for technical integrity of all project deliverables (including, but not limited to Drawings, Calculations, Datasheets, Technical specifications, Material Requisitions, Technical bid evaluations, Schedules, MTO’s, Work volumes) in accordance with industry standards, codes and client specifications. ▪ Lead, coordinate and manage the discipline groups and the engineering deliverables quality level to avoid non-value-added work to optimize manhours spent on projects. ▪ Responsible for Quality documentation and report any non-compliances for process improvement. ▪ Must have strong experience of managing projects on 3D platforms. ▪ Must have experience of managing subcontractors effectively. ▪ Audience needs and ensuring understanding. ▪ Project Integration Management: Able to proactively manage the scope of the Project entire life-cycle. ▪ Schedule Management: Manage and determine the overall Project duration and when activities and events are planned to happened. Estimation of activities duration, taking into account requirements and resources availability. ▪ Technical Knowledge: Should have strong engineering / design background and should be able to effectively manage all technical disciplines for ensuring successful project delivery. ▪ Contract Management: Should have experience of managing contract with the client ▪ Quality Management: Ensure the project deliverable meet the required needs of the stakeholders by developing and monitor a quality management plan ▪ Budget & Cost Management: Should have the ability to develop and agree budgets for the project and change initiatives, and to control forecast and actual costs against the budgets ▪ Conflict Management: Should have ability to resolves conflicting information and the different priorities of key stakeholders to inform effective decision-making. ▪ Regional Knowledge and Experience: Should have strong UAE (or within GCC) engineering consultancy experience, having worked with NOCs, IOCs and EPC Clients in the region in the capacity of Project Manager. Prior engineering / design experience will be an added advantage. Responsibilities: ▪ Ensures project execution within time, budget, and QHSE requirements by allocating resources, managing risks, opportunities, and changes. ▪ Ensures project execution, timely payment as per contract and financial close out with appropriate feedback. ▪ Contributes to providing resolutions to technical and project management issues by effectively liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders. ▪ Guarantees achievement or improvement of Profit &Loss forecasts. ▪ Assist Sales and Marketing with bid proposals activities ▪ Monitoring progress of the project work scope and accurately reporting progress against the plan to key stakeholders and identify project risks and issues. ▪ Ensures timely internal and external reporting. ▪ Contributes to people development by interfacing with project department and HR. ▪ Guarantees achievement or improvement of budgeted gross margin. ▪ Ensures client satisfaction through successful project delivery, thereby paving the way for long-term client relationships and opportunities for repeat business. Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent. Project Management Professional certification. Mechanical/Piping/Electrical & Instrumentation/Process engineering background preferable. Minimum 15 years of experience in Project Management roles. 7 Years working experience with ADNOC group. Experience in managing large Detailed Design scopes and successful project execution as an Engineering manager for ADNOC (CONCEPT, FEED) / EPC Projects. Strong knowledge across project management domains (scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, contracts). Proficiency with 3D platforms. Experience managing subcontractors. UAE (GCC) engineering consultancy experience with NOCs/IOCs/EPC clients is preferred.
