🚨 WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEER – SOLAR PV & RENEWABLE ENERGY ☀️⚡ 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE – Engineering Design Hub 🏢 Company: POWERCHINA Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. – Dubai Branch 🌍 Projects: Middle East & Africa ⭐ Experience: 8–12+ Years ✅ GCC Experience Highly Preferred We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Design Engineer with strong hands-on experience in utility-scale Solar PV projects, including site development, earthworks, drainage and structural foundation design. 🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform civil design for Solar PV, BESS, substations and transmission line projects. • Prepare site grading plans, cut-and-fill calculations and earthworks designs. • Design roads, stormwater drainage and underground utilities. • Design PV mounting foundations, inverter foundations, BESS foundations and substation structures. • Prepare and review civil/structural calculations, drawings, BOQs and IFC design packages. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and provide technical design support. 🔹 KEY REQUIREMENTS ✅ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. ✅ Minimum 8–12 years of relevant civil design experience. ✅ Utility-scale Solar PV civil design experience is MANDATORY. ✅ Strong experience in grading, earthworks, drainage, roads and foundation design. ✅ EPC/EPCM engineering design experience. ✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and structural design software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000). ✅ GCC project experience highly preferred. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: This is a DESIGN-focused position.
