Civil Design Engineer – HV/EHV Substations

🚨 WE ARE HIRING | SUBSTATION CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEER 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE – Design Hub ⚡ Industry: Power / Substation / EPC Engineering 🌍 GCC EXPERIENCE MANDATORY CANDIDATES MUST CURRENTLY BE BASED IN THE UAE We are looking for an experienced Substation Civil Design Engineer with strong hands-on civil design experience in HV/EHV AIS/GIS substations, preferably 132kV / 220kV / 400kV. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Perform civil design for HV/EHV AIS/GIS substations. • Prepare/review substation layouts, grading, roads and drainage systems. • Design transformer and GIS/AIS equipment foundations. • Design cable trenches, pits and underground utilities. • Support civil/structural design of control buildings, switchgear buildings and equipment structures. • Prepare/review design calculations, drawings, specifications and BOQs. • Coordinate with Primary, Secondary, Electrical and MEP engineering teams. • Review vendor drawings and resolve civil/structural design interfaces. Mandatory Requirements • Proven hands-on substation civil DESIGN experience. • Experience with 132kV / 220kV / 400kV AIS/GIS substations preferred. • GCC substation project experience is mandatory. • Candidate must currently be based in the UAE. ⚠️ Candidates with only general building, infrastructure, site construction, supervision or QA/QC experience will not be considered. 📩 Send your updated CV to: [email protected] [email protected] Show more Show less
