Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sandwich Maker role based in Shuwaikh. The Sandwich Maker prepares a variety of sandwiches and light food items, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. Daily responsibilities include assembling orders accurately, handling ingredients and equipment safely, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. The role also supports overall café operations by coordinating with baristas, restocking supplies, and ensuring timely service during busy periods. The Sandwich Maker interacts with guests as needed to clarify orders and contribute to a friendly, efficient customer experience. Qualifications • Candidates should possess skills in Food Preparation and Food Service to assemble sandwiches and support kitchen operations efficiently. • Candidates should possess skills in Food Safety and Food & Beverage handling to follow hygiene standards and comply with health regulations. • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to interact courteously with guests and support a positive café atmosphere. • Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and equipment, with the ability to follow recipes and portion guidelines. • Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with team members. • Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or food service setting is preferred but not required. • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and peak hours, as needed.
