Role Description The Sandwich Maker is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar. The role involves preparing a variety of sandwiches and related food items according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include assembling ingredients, operating kitchen equipment safely, maintaining cleanliness of the preparation area, and restocking supplies as needed. The Sandwich Maker will interact with customers, take orders, and ensure timely and accurate service, while adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations. This position works closely with other food service team members to support smooth operations during peak hours and special events. Qualifications • Strong skills in Food Preparation and Food Service to assemble sandwiches efficiently and consistently. • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including basic menu understanding and portion control. • Commitment to Food Safety practices, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures. • Customer Service abilities to engage politely with guests, manage orders, and handle inquiries or concerns. • Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and handling repetitive tasks. • Basic communication skills in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are an advantage. • Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or similar food service setting is preferred but not required. • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
