Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Dubai Real Estate (Mandatory) Job Description We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Admin Assistant with strong knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures, documentation, and property listing management. Key Responsibilities • Handle DLD, RERA, Trakheesi, and Ejari procedures. • Prepare and manage RERA Forms A, B & F, tenancy contracts, and other real estate documents. • Create, update, and manage listings on Bayut, Property Finder, and CRM. • Manage listing permits, renewals, approvals, and compliance. • Coordinate with agents, landlords, tenants, and developers. • Maintain accurate transaction records, contracts, and property documentation. Requirements • Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience (Mandatory). • Strong practical knowledge of DLD, RERA, Trakheesi, Ejari, and Forms A, B & F. • Hands-on experience with Bayut, Property Finder, and CRM systems. • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate documentation.
