Responsibilities • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates based on client requirements. • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. • Engage with potential candidates through various channels including social media, job portals, and networking events. • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. • Provide a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely updates. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. • Participate in job fairs, industry events, and other outreach activities to promote the company's services. • Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and present insights for continuous improvement.
