📢 **We Are Hiring | Talent Acquisition Specialist** **Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Specialist **Location:** Riyadh, Saudi Arabia ### 🎯 Job Purpose We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our Human Resources team and support the end-to-end recruitment process. The role is responsible for attracting and identifying qualified talent based on the organization’s workforce needs while ensuring compliance with approved recruitment policies and procedures. ### 📌 Key Responsibilities * Manage the full recruitment cycle, from receiving manpower requests through to offer acceptance. * Prepare and publish job vacancies across recruitment platforms and professional networks, including **LinkedIn and Taqat**. * Proactively source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including CV databases, professional networks, recruitment agencies, and direct sourcing. * Screen CVs and assess candidates against job requirements and approved selection criteria. * Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant departments. * Participate in interviews and document candidate assessments and interview results. * Prepare and issue employment offers and follow up with selected candidates through the acceptance process. * Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and talent pool for future hiring needs. * Support **Employer Branding** initiatives and contribute to building a positive company reputation in the labor market. * Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and applicable recruitment requirements throughout the hiring process. * Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide updates on recruitment status and hiring metrics. * Support **international recruitment and overseas hiring**, including coordination with approved recruitment agencies and offices. ### 🎓 Qualifications & Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration**, or a related field. * **2–4 years of experience** in recruitment or talent acquisition. * Good knowledge of modern recruitment methods, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition practices. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Proficiency in **Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)** and professional recruitment platforms. * Good command of **English, both written and spoken** is preferred. * Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational and follow-up skills. ### 🌟 What We’re Looking For A proactive and results-oriented HR professional who can effectively identify, attract, and engage qualified talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.
