Requirements

• - Manage the full recruitment cycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding.
• - Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop hiring plans.
• - Prepare and publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms and social media channels.
• - Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment agencies, and networking events.
• - Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and final interviews.
• - Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• - Prepare job offers and support salary negotiations.
• - Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
• - Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• - Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and recruitment KPIs.
• - Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• - Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company recruitment policies.
• Qualifications
• - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• - 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• - Experience recruiting for operational, technical, and corporate roles.
• - Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• - Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and recruitment best practices.
• - Experience with workforce planning is an advantage.
• - Professional HR certifications are a plus.

• - Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
