Talent Acquisition Trainee (Tamheer)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our HR team through the Tamheer Program. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about recruitment and eager to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle within a professional and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms. - Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates based on job requirements. - Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate records. - Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives. - Perform other Talent Acquisition and HR-related tasks as assigned.
