Human Resources Executive

A leading heavy-duty trucking company based in Abu Dhabi is looking for an HR Executive to join the team on an immediate basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across recruitment, sourcing and onboarding, together with a solid understanding of UAE labour and HR regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing • Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews with candidates • Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new employees • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation • Ensure HR processes remain compliant with UAE labour regulations • Support day-to-day HR administration and employee-related matters Requirements: • Previous experience in an HR Executive / HR Generalist role • Strong recruitment and candidate sourcing experience • Hands-on onboarding experience • Good understanding of UAE labour laws and HR regulations • Strong communication and organisational skills • Ability to join immediately • Previous experience within logistics, transportation, trucking or a similar industry would be advantageous Location: Abu Dhabi Availability: Immediate joiners preferred Show more Show less
