An exciting opportunity within an Abu Dhabi-headquarted investment firm is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager as part of a newly created position due to growth and transformation. The position will be based in ADGM, and report to the Head of HR. The Senior HR Manager will support the people agenda and manage the reliable day-to-day delivery of HR services. Acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers, the role covers HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee relations, performance, learning, payroll inputs, benefits, immigration, reporting and employee data. The successful candidate will combine strong technical HR knowledge with excellent organisation, judgment and service orientation. Responsibilities Overview • Responsible for HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle, Business Partnering & Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition & Performance, Payroll, Benefits and Reporting. • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, employee records, leave, probation, mobility and UAE visa/immigration processes • Maintain accurate, compliant HR documentation and processes, while driving service standards, process improvement and automation across HR operations. • Act as a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, providing practical guidance across policies, benefits, performance, conduct and general HR matters. • Support employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary issues, investigations, check-ins and exit interviews, ensuring appropriate escalation, confidentiality and follow-through. • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activity, from role approval and sourcing support through interviews, references, offers and candidate experience. • Support performance, talent and development cycles, including objective setting, talent reviews, learning programmes, tracking, documentation and reporting. • Manage payroll inputs, employee benefits, insurance and end-of-service processes, coordinating closely with Finance, payroll providers and external vendors. • Deliver accurate HR reporting, budgeting and vendor oversight across headcount, recruitment, turnover, leave, performance, invoices and related workforce metrics. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; a recognised HR qualification is advantageous. • 7-10+ years of broad HR generalist experience, including substantial hands-on HR operations experience in the UAE. • Working knowledge of UAE employment practices, immigration processes, employee relations and HR administration. • Demonstrated experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits, performance cycles and employee records. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint; experience with an HRIS or HRMS is preferred. • Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic language capability is advantageous. • Experience in investment management, financial services or another professional-services environment is preferred.
