5 years of specification experience in the building materials space
Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, project management consultants (PMCs), developers, and lighting consultants. Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations to secure recurring product specifications in major commercial and hospitality projects. Identify, track, and manage project sales leads from initial concept through to final conversion using CRM tools like Salesforce. Provide technical design support and expertise on automated building solutions.
