Recruitment Specialist

We are Hiring: Recruitment Specialist Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Industry: Retail Key Responsibilities • End-to-End Recruitment & Onboarding: • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and select top candidates for open positions. • Prepare job offers and facilitate seamless onboarding experiences. • Verify candidate documentation and accurately update records in the HR system. • Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations and health certificate verifications. • Internal Mobility & HR Operations: • Conduct internal interviews for promotions, lateral moves, and transfers. • Draft employment contracts and process government/commercial authentication requests. • Manage authorization requests related to passport services and administrative letters. • Process advance salary requests for newly onboarded staff. • Organize domestic travel bookings and align accommodation availability. • Workforce Planning & Re-employment: • Track and document employee leave schedules in coordination with line managers. • Generate monthly reports to trigger re-employment protocols. • Re-issue offers and update profiles for returning staff in the system. Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. • Full fluency in spoken and written English. • Practical experience with modern hiring platforms and recruitment technology tools. • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and general digital literacy.
