What You Will Do Discover the Full HR Cycle • Support recruitment from job posting and screening to interviews and offer letters. • Welcome new joiners, coordinate their arrival, and deliver orientation sessions. • Assist with employee administration, including visas, contracts, insurance and records. • Support the offboarding process and help keep our HR reports accurate. Support Learning and Engagement • Help organise and deliver training sessions across our venues. • Manage our digital learning platform and training records. • Bring our recognition programmes, team events and wellbeing initiatives to life. Create and Communicate • Design posters, infographics and announcements that our teams actually stop to read. • Capture our people, venues and events in photographs for internal use and social media. • Help produce our internal newsletter and employee communications. Rethink How We Work • Use AI and digital tools to simplify everyday HR tasks. • Suggest practical improvements, and help the team adopt them. What We Are Looking For • A recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, or Hospitality, or an F&B professional ready to begin a new career in HR. • A genuine curiosity for every aspect of HR, and the organisation to manage many tasks at once. • Confidence with design tools such as Canva, a good eye for photography, and real interest in AI. • Fluent English, written and spoken; additional languages are an asset. • Energy, positivity, and the autonomy to take a task and run with it.
