Sales Manager

Hyundai Appliances MEA is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead regional sales, manage key accounts, develop new markets, and drive growth across the Middle East and Africa. The role involves managing distributors, negotiating commercial agreements, monitoring market trends, and working with marketing, product, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets. • Manage distributors, importers, retailers, and key accounts. • Identify new customers, channels, and market opportunities. • Lead negotiations on pricing, payment terms, targets, promotions, and agreements. • Prepare sales plans, forecasts, budgets, and market strategies. • Monitor sales performance, competitors, pricing, and market trends. • Coordinate with product, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams. • Manage customer performance, receivables, orders, and account development. • Prepare sales reports and management updates. • Lead and support the sales team. • Represent Hyundai Appliances at customer meetings, exhibitions, and distributor visits. • Travel across the MEA region as required. • Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, International Business, or a related field. • Proven experience in sales management, international sales, export sales, or business development. • Experience in home appliances, consumer electronics, durable goods, or related industries preferred. • Experience managing distributors and customers across multiple countries. • Knowledge of the Middle East, GCC, Africa, or international markets. • Strong record of achieving sales targets and developing new business. • Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and leadership skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. • Willingness to travel regularly.
