HR Manager – Retail & F&B | Package 30K to 35K + Family Benefits Location: UAE – Dubai/Abu Dhabi Employment: Full-time, Onsite Experience: 5–10 years Seniority: Senior Level Role Overview The HR Manager will lead HR operations across a multi-site Retail and F&B business, ensuring effective workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and cost control. The role requires strong UAE Labour Law knowledge and hands-on experience in fast-paced operational environments. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and operational priorities. • Manage high-volume recruitment for frontline, supervisory, and management roles. • Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, workforce planning, and HR budgets. • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, visas, contracts, and terminations. • Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary cases, and investigations. • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives. • Lead performance management and KPI alignment with business objectives. • Manage HRIS, HR analytics, headcount, turnover, and labor-cost reporting. • Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through final settlement. • Support manpower planning for new outlets and business expansion. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline. • CIPD or SHRM certification preferred; MBA is an advantage. • 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably within Retail, F&B, FMCG, or multi-site operations. • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, Emiratisation/Nafis, visa processes, and gratuity. • Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and performance management. • Proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and HR analytics. • Strong commercial understanding of labor cost, productivity, and P&L impact. • Professional English required; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
