IT Support Intern

IT Support Intern (Monthly Package: AED 3,000) We are looking for someone with a basic understanding of IT support and troubleshooting, who is proactive, adaptable, eager to learn, and interested in AI tools and their application within IT support. The internship duration is 3 months. Key Responsibilities: • Provide basic hardware, software, Microsoft 365, network and user support • Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues and escalate when required • Assist with laptop setup, software installation, onboarding and access requests • Handle ad-hoc IT support requirements Preferred Skills: • Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Basic knowledge or interest in AI tools and technologies • Good communication skills • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Show more Show less
