IT Support Engineer

IT Support Specialist (L1) – Dubai We are hiring an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide first-line technical support across corporate offices and multiple retail locations in the UAE. Key Responsibilities • Provide L1 support for hardware, software and retail IT systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests. • Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams and follow through to resolution. • Coordinate onsite support with vendors and external contractors. • Maintain accurate incident and service-request records. • Deliver a high level of end-user/customer support. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. • Minimum 3 years of IT experience, including 2+ years in IT Helpdesk/Support. • Retail or multi-site IT support experience preferred. • Strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills. • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. • Must be flexible to work evenings, overnight shifts and weekends as per roster. • Ability to work independently and coordinate with local and international IT teams.
