Human Resources Risk Management specialist

Position: Human Risk Management Specialist Location: Client Office, Dubai (Onsite) Duration: 1 Year (Extendable) Salary: Open + Single Benefits Deadline: Submit CVs by August 18, Tuesday, 12 PM About the Role We are seeking an experienced Human Risk Management professional to serve as the primary operational interface between our vendor and CLIENT. This onsite role is dedicated exclusively to CLIENT, ensuring effective delivery of cybersecurity awareness and risk management initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate awareness program activities with CLIENT’s Risk & Cybersecurity Awareness team. • Develop, review, and approve Arabic-language awareness content for cultural and linguistic accuracy. • Manage platform operations: user management, campaign scheduling, and system configuration. • Act as the primary point of contact for CLIENT employees and licensed healthcare facility staff. • Plan and execute awareness events, workshops, and training sessions. • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for CLIENT stakeholders. • Follow up with non-compliant users/departments to ensure training completion. • Support annual awareness plan development and audit documentation (ISO, ISR, DGEP). • Monitor human cyber risk indicators, track remediation, and reduce organizational risk. • Manage content lifecycle: script development, translation, QA, approval, and publication. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master’s preferred). • 5+ years in cybersecurity awareness, governance, or human cyber risk management. • Native/Near-native Arabic with professional English proficiency. • At least one certification: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, CISA (CSAP preferred). • Familiarity with healthcare sector cybersecurity requirements. • Legally authorized to work in Dubai Show more Show less
