NOW HIRING – HR Manager The Client Our Client is an established Architecture & Engineering consultancy with a strong presence across the Middle East and international markets. The Role The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the organisation’s HR function, providing both strategic and operational support across talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR policies, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities • Lead the day-to-day HR function and provide strategic support to senior management. • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and employee guidelines. • Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process, working closely with department heads on hiring requirements. • Support workforce planning, talent retention, succession planning and employee development. • Oversee performance management, training and learning initiatives. • Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary procedures and workplace investigations. • Advise management on employment matters and ensure compliance with UAE and KSA labour legislation. • Review compensation and benefits and make recommendations based on market trends. • Promote employee engagement, collaboration and a positive workplace culture. • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and continuously improve HR processes and systems. Requirements • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. • Proven experience working as an HR Manager. • Strong knowledge of UAE and KSA labour laws and disciplinary procedures. • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations. • Experience coaching and developing HR team members. • Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships across all levels of an organisation. • High level of discretion and understanding of workplace privacy and confidentiality. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English. • High level of integrity, reliability and professional ethics.
