Human Resources Recruiting Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Workplace Type: On-site About the Role We are looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the UAE recruitment market and be capable of independently managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews, selection, and onboarding. Key Responsibilities • • Manage end-to-end recruitment across different departments and seniority levels • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and management • Maintain an active and organized candidate pipeline • Prepare job descriptions and publish vacancies across relevant channels • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process • Support onboarding and general HR activities • Maintain employee and recruitment documentation • Assist management with HR-related requirements when needed Requirements • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition • UAE/Dubai recruitment experience is strongly preferred • Good understanding of the UAE employment and recruitment market • Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills • Excellent written and spoken English • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Organized, professional, and detail-oriented • Able to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously • Experience recruiting for financial services, fintech, forex, or corporate roles is an advantage Preferred Profile We are particularly interested in someone who is well-connected within the Dubai recruitment market, proactive in headhunting, and comfortable recruiting both operational and senior-level professionals. • Apply through LinkedIn with your updated CV.
