We are expanding our short-term rental portfolio and are looking for an experienced Holiday Homes Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Role Overview The Holiday Homes Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of our short-term rental portfolio, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, high occupancy rates, and excellent guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily operations of holiday homes, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest communications • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and third-party vendors • Ensure all properties meet quality, cleanliness, and compliance standards • Optimize listings across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTAs • Monitor occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and performance metrics • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and reviews professionally • Ensure compliance with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) regulations and licensing requirements • Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in holiday homes or short-term rental operations in Dubai • Strong knowledge of platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar • Familiarity with Dubai holiday homes regulations (DTCM) is preferred • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently • Proficiency in MS Office and the property management system • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) What We Offer • Competitive salary package (based on experience) • Performance-based incentives • Career growth opportunities within a growing real estate company • Supportive and professional work environment Show more Show less
