The Role Drive Rentico's growth by acquiring new holiday home properties and maintaining strong follow-up relationships with owners through the sales process. Responsibilities • Identify and acquire new holiday home properties • Call and follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns • Leverage Rentico's real estate database of property owners and brokers to source new leads • Build relationships with landlords, brokers, and investors • Follow up consistently with prospective and existing owners to move deals forward • Negotiate and close management agreements • Achieve a minimum target of 4 signed units per month • Gather information from potential owners to support the acquisition process • Record and manage deals in CRM Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai's Holiday Homes industry (mandatory) • Experience in real estate leasing (mandatory) • Native English speaker • Highly motivated and driven to succeed • Proven success in acquiring holiday home properties • Strong network of property owners, investors, and real estate brokers • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills • UAE driving license preferred Compensation • Base salary + commission per signed unit • Tiered commission — exceeding the monthly target pays a higher rate per unit: Office Location: TECOM, Dubai To Apply Send CV to [email protected] Show more Show less
