Service Sales Manager – Heat Exchanger & Cooler Refurbishment Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Power Generation / Industrial Services Experience: 10+ years Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced Service Sales Manager to lead business development, technical sales, and commercial growth for heat exchanger and cooler refurbishment services. The role will focus on developing new business, securing service and refurbishment contracts, managing key industrial clients, and developing Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) across the refinery, petrochemical, power generation, and related industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of heat transfer equipment combined with proven experience in technical sales, refurbishment, shutdowns/turnarounds, and industrial services. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets. • Identify, develop, and secure new service, repair, refurbishment, and maintenance contracts. • Develop business opportunities for both workshop refurbishment and on-site shutdown/turnaround services. • Drive sales of refurbishment and maintenance services for: • Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers • Plate Heat Exchangers • Fin Fan Air Coolers • Condensers • Marine Coolers • Evaporators • Develop and manage Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) with key industrial clients. • Identify opportunities within existing client accounts and develop long-term commercial relationships. • Prepare and review technical-commercial proposals, tenders, quotations, and service agreements. • Lead commercial negotiations and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract award. • Build strong relationships with procurement, maintenance, engineering, operations, and senior management stakeholders. • Understand client technical requirements and propose suitable refurbishment and service solutions. • Ensure proposed technical solutions are aligned with applicable ASME BPVC and TEMA standards. • Coordinate closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution. • Ensure compliance with client HSE, site access, and operational requirements. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities. • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and business development reports. • Travel extensively across the region for client meetings, business development activities, and site visits.
