About the Company One of our Key clients are looking to hire a Sales Manager – Rotating Equipment Services to manage business opportunities for rotating equipment maintenance, repair, overhaul (MRO), field services and aftermarket solutions. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for rotating equipment services. Identify and secure new business opportunities with end users, EPCs and O&M contractors. The role focuses on major oil & gas, power and industrial clients. Prepare sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines. Coordinate with proposal, engineering and operations teams. Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions. Support tenders, pre-qualification and vendor registration activities. Monitor competitors and market trends. Achieve revenue, margin and order intake targets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar. 8–12 years experience in rotating equipment services. Strong knowledge of compressors, pumps, turbines and related equipment. Existing network within major industrial customers.
