Site Engineer / Supervisor

Job Description: We are seeking experienced Site Engineer / Supervisors with a strong background in interior fit-out projects to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects. • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth workflow. • Monitor project progress, quality of work, and adherence to design and safety standards. • Prepare and submit daily site reports, including progress updates and material requirements. • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within project deadlines. • Manage manpower allocation and resolve any on-site issues promptly. • Maintain site discipline, cleanliness, and compliance with company HSE policies. Requirements: • Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as a Site Supervisor in the fit-out industry. • Strong understanding of fit-out construction drawings and technical specifications. • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
