About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will support the successful delivery of real estate development projects by coordinating on-site activities, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders • Monitor project timelines and report progress to project management • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve technical issues • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and relevant authority requirements • Review technical drawings, BOQs, and material submittals • Support project planning, scheduling, and execution • Maintain proper documentation, reports, and site records • Promote and enforce health and safety standards on-site Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline • 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate development (UAE experience must) • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site practices • Familiarity with local regulations and approval processes • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office • Good communication and coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications • Experience working on residential projects • Knowledge of project planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project • UAE driving license (preferred) Show more Show less
