We’re Hiring: HR Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Diversified Group of Companies We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead and manage the full HR function across a diverse group of companies. The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, highly organized, and capable of balancing strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day operational requirements. This role requires strong ownership, sound knowledge of UAE labour regulations, and the ability to work effectively with senior management and employees across different business sectors. Key Responsibilities • Lead, manage and develop a team of three HR professionals, ensuring clear delegation, accurate execution, timely service delivery and continuous improvement. • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, transfers and offboarding. • Lead payroll preparation, attendance, leave management, benefits and employee records. • Oversee employment visas, labour requirements, medical insurance and government-related HR processes. • Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and employee guidelines. • Support workforce planning, organizational design, grading and compensation initiatives. • Manage performance evaluations, disciplinary matters, grievances and workplace investigations. • Partner with department heads and senior management on people-related decisions. • Ensure compliance with UAE labour law, DIFC requirements where applicable, and internal company policies. • Lead HR systems, process improvements, automation and reporting initiatives. • Supervise and develop the HR team while ensuring accurate and timely service delivery. • Prepare HR reports, dashboards and workforce insights for management. • Support employee engagement, retention and organizational culture initiatives. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. • Professional HR qualification such as CIPD, SHRM or an equivalent certification is preferred. • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR management role. • Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, payroll, visa processes and HR operations. • Experience supporting multiple companies, business units or industries is highly preferred. • Strong stakeholder-management, communication and problem-solving skills. • High attention to detail, confidentiality and professional judgement. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
