Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring efficient day-to-day HR operations. • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle including, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and all applicable government regulations. • Coordinate closely with the Legal Department on employment-related matters and compliance requirements. • Represent the company during inspections and audits conducted by MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and other relevant government authorities. • Manage and oversee visa, labour, immigration, and licensing-related HR processes. • Maintain hands-on experience with UAE government portals, including MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, UAE Pass, and other relevant systems. • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support business objectives.
