We're Hiring | HR Business Partner (Emirati) Our client, a leading Dubai Government entity, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its Human Resources team. This position is part of the organization's Emiratization initiative. Location: Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives. • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning. • Support organizational design, succession planning, and change management initiatives. • Advise managers on HR policies, Labour Law, and best practices. • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations teams to deliver effective people solutions. • Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture. • Ensure HR processes comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources, including experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role. • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Experience working within the public sector or a large, complex organization is an advantage.
