TVR Sales Manager- (Variable Refrigerant Volume Air-Conditioning Systems)

We are currently recruiting for a TVR Sales Manager- (Variable Refrigerant Volume Air-Conditioning Systems) for our client to be based out of their Dubai Office. Purpose- To plan, implement and direct the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives. Responsibilities- • Achieves sales target as set by the management. • Delegates designated customers accounts to sales team. • Follows up projects & inquiries to achieve the sales goals. • Supervises the activities and performance of the sales team. • Investigates lost sales (Customer accounts) • Develops piecing schedules and rates. • Conducts market research and competitor and customer analysis. • Attends trade meetings and industry conventions. • Any other related task as required by the department manager • Reports daily sales dynamics and client’s requirements. Skills- • BSC in mechanical engineering degree/ sales & marketing, MBA is a plus. • 8+ years of relevant work experience as a sales executive or sales engineer. • Knowledge of business and management principles and practices. • Knowledge of strategic planning. • Proficient in relevant software applications. • Excellent communication and negotiations & persuasiveness skills. • Leadership skills. • Driving license in required.
