Sales Manager – Machine Shop, Specialized Coatings & Component Manufacturing

About the Role The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth for precision machining, reverse engineering, specialized coatings, component manufacturing, and repair solutions throughout the UAE. Responsibilities • Develop business in UAE with focus in ADNOC, TAQA and industrial customers. • Promote machining, coatings and manufacturing capabilities. • Generate RFQs and long-term service agreements. • Build relationships with maintenance managers and reliability engineers. • Prepare sales forecasts. • Support strategic partnerships. • Negotiate commercial agreements. Qualifications • Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent. • 8–10 years of UAE sales experience in machine shop, coatings or manufacturing. • Strong understanding of machining, welding, thermal spray and repair solutions. • Established customer network in UAE. • UAE driving license. Preferred Skills • Experience selling HVOF, laser cladding, hard chrome, nickel plating or precision manufacturing. • Knowledge of rotating equipment components is a plus.
