External Job Description Job Title: Senior Manager – Domestic Business Development (Missiles & Weapons) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About The Role EDGE Commercial is seeking a Senior Manager – Domestic Business Development to drive business growth for the Missiles & Weapons cluster. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and securing domestic defence opportunities while building strong customer relationships and delivering against Order Intake and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute domestic business development strategies for the Missiles & Weapons portfolio. • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities to achieve Order Intake targets. • Identify, qualify, and capture new business opportunities across defence and government sectors. • Lead customer engagement with military, government, and procurement stakeholders. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop competitive proposals and support negotiations. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and strategic growth opportunities. • Track pipeline performance, KPIs, and maintain accurate CRM reporting. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (Master's preferred). • 10–20 years of business development experience in defence, aerospace, or advanced technology sectors. • Proven success in winning complex defence contracts and managing strategic customer relationships. • Strong understanding of domestic defence procurement processes.
