What you'll do: • Own and grow the opportunity pipeline within the Missiles & Weapons segment • Lead senior-level engagement with key government and military stakeholders • Direct bid strategy, pricing, and proposal development for major programs • Shape market positioning through competitor and industry analysis • Align cross-functional teams (technical, product, commercial) around client needs • Represent the business at senior executive and government levels What you bring: • Significant experience in business development, ideally within missiles, weapons systems, or closely related defense/aerospace segments • Strong track record in bid leadership and proposal strategy • Established network with UAE government and defense stakeholders • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen • Fluent Arabic and strong regional experience Show more Show less
